After a long break from driving lessons, I was loaded with plenty of baggage and no small amount of fear when I got back behind the wheel with Mark. After many bumps in the road in my bid to pass my test, Mark´s back-to-basics approach soon had me looking forward to lessons and keen to iron out my mistakes and improve as a motorist.
With a steady and consistent approach, and no small amount of patience, Mark´s method paid off. Now that I have passed my test I can´t wait to finally get my own car. There´s no looking back now (at least not without a glance at the blind spot).

I had a goal of passing my test before I was 40 and Mark helped me achieve that. I didn't have a great deal of confidence but it built through Mark's teaching approach which was friendly, informal yet informative with lots of praise (and the occasional telling off, which I needed!). I am so pleased that I have passed.

I first started my driving lessons when turning 17 as a birthday presents from my parents, 18 months later I finally passed my test. It took me so long due to nerves, mark was a fantastic instructor to have during this time, he constantly reassured me and made sure I was completely confident with everything before I started a new area of driving. As it came closer to my test date mark did a numerous amount of things with me to make sure I wasn't too nervous he did mock tests with me, which I found brilliant, as they gave me an insight to what the test would be like. He also made sure I was confident with the manoeuvres and the one I was unsure on we went over with good tips and hints for the test. The day of my test he made me more calm then what I thought I'd be, making me laugh and reassuring me that I am ready and I could do it.
I'd like to thank mark so much, he has been a fantastic instructor and would recommend him and his company to anyone.

I started Driving lessons on my 17th Birthday with Mitchells and Pauline as my Instructor. I had my own car so in between lessons I would go out and practice what Pauline had taught me in my lessons also reading the handouts helped which Pauline provided, my weakest point was my mirrrors so every time my mum or dad came out with me they kept on at me about checking my mirros. When I passed my test I was over the moon and glad I passed first time.

I had already had lessons previously and never carried them on. I was sorting some paperwork out and realised that my theory was ready for running out, so after having previous lessons with Pauline I emailed her and she got back to me straight away I booked my test and had a few lessons so that Pauline could correct any faults I was making.
Pauline got me through my test and I would recommend Mitchell SoM to anyone wanting to take driving lessons.

I was rideing a scooter but wanted my car licence. I'm so glad that I went with Mark, as he rides bikes and was able to transfer the knowledge from one to the other. From never driving a car to passing my driving test only took me 20 hours, which was great, and passing first time.

My girlfriend bought me some lessons for my birthday. I'm happy she did as I got on with Mark realy well. I wanted to pass my driving test before my girlfriend had our first baby, so that was the plan Mark came up with, 2 lessons a week with plenty of home study to pass the theory test. Passing first time was great.

I was recomended to Mark by a friend. Mark was realy good at explaining things in a way I could understand. He made the lessons fun but kept me focussed on improveing every week. My main problem was doing the manouvres too quickly, but Mark kept calm and we just practiced them. Passing the driving test was great

I had done a test the previous year but failed. I then decided to have another go and went with Mark. Im so glad I did, as he picked up on quite a few minor fault which had the potential to become bigger faults, and even dangerous. After being threatened with a cattle prod (i needed a kick up the backside) I soon got out of my bad habbits and passed.
